SelfRFORM is a studio-grade pilates reformer with a built-in screen, installed in your hotel's fitness area. Guests access a library of on-demand classes taught by a certified instructor. From beginner to advanced, with sessions from twenty minutes to an hour, your guests can continue their routine while traveling.

Less than you think. A single reformer needs around 4 to 6 square metres. Most hotel fitness areas can accommodate one without losing anything. Two reformers fit comfortably in a space the size of a standard hotel room. We'll make it work with the space you have.

Every session starts with a short onboarding that familiarises guests with the machine before the class begins. The library includes beginner classes specifically designed for first-timers: guided, slow and safe. Experienced practitioners can skip straight to the class of their choice. Your guests are in good hands. Even when no one's in the room.

The budget depends on your property and desired setup. We work on a monthly fee per hotel covering the admin dashboard, the right to use the content library and all its updates, such as new instructors, classes and more. Hotels can choose to own the reformer outright or take it on a lease.

A certified professional pilates instructor with real studio experience. Someone who knows the reformer inside out and teaches it the way it should be taught. We'll share more about who that is very soon.

The library launches with classes across all levels and durations — from 20-minute express sessions to 60-minute full practices. New content is added regularly. Your guests who stay three nights or a full week will have something different to try each morning.

Almost nothing. The machine runs itself. Your hotel admin dashboard shows you usage data, device health and content updates, but it doesn't require daily management. Our support team will handle any query you might have.

We're offering founding membership to a selected number of hotels across Europe. One hardware investment and you get the machine, the screen, installation, everything. Your platform rate is locked permanently at our lowest price from the moment we sign. When our rate increases - and it will - founding members never pay more. Every class we ever produce, every new instructor, every system update will always be included.
